Common questions

The weekly reminder doesn't arrive

Check that TendTime may send notifications: in the Settings app, go to Apps, then TendTime, then Notifications. Then check the reminder day and time in TendTime's Settings. The reminder mentions only the people who are due, so in a week when nobody is due, none arrives.

Does TendTime need access to my contacts?

No. When you pick someone, iOS shows its own contact picker, and TendTime receives only the contact you choose.

Can I move my notebook to a new iPhone?

TendTime has no account or sync. Set up the new iPhone from a backup of the old one, from iCloud or a computer, and TendTime's notebook comes with it.

How do I delete my data?

Remove people and notes in the app, or delete the app to delete everything it kept. Apart from your iPhone's own backups, nothing is stored anywhere else. The privacy policy has the details.
